Swimmers had to wear clothing during training to understand what happens to your body & stamina when entering the water fully clothed. We taught some basic water safety and lifesaving skills too!

Niall - 3rd place Boys 10yrs 100m Breaststroke.
Gabriel - 2nd Place Boys 13/14yrs 50m Breaststroke, 3rd Place 50m Freestyle, 2nd Place 50m Fly, 2nd Place 100m Freestyle, 3rd place 100m IM.
Izzy - 3rd place 15/16yrs 1500m Freestyle
Lois - 2nd place 17yrs 50m Backstroke, 2nd place 50m Breaststroke, 3rd place 100m Freestyle, 2nd place 100m Backstroke.

Well done to all of our other swimmers Ewan, Erin, Eloise, Victor, James and Lillie with some amazing PB's achieved!
